1 Crush the selected red bean and two-thirds of the weight of barley to prepare rice cereal powder;

7 Crush the expanded particles obtained in step 9 in a pulverizer, pulverize with 120 mesh, and then pulverize the pulverized material with 280 mesh to make oatmeal cereal powder;
8 The resultant and lotus root powder are mixed in a mixer and packaged to obtain cereal powder for adults
